What are the methods of shipping?

This document describes how we ship or deliver your products and accept payments for the orders. It may no longer be current as updated methods are maintained at Journey (bringingwomenkindness.com)  

Shipping

A. Pickup

This selection includes Drive-through pickup or Drop-off. You will be able to select date and time at the checkout. For specific requests, please use any "Contact button" on our website to ask for convenient times, addresses or independent place.

B. NZ Post

$5 or free depending on the threshold, which is currently $100. This method does not include shipping overnight, but is throughout NZ. NZ Post and local couriers are used and delivery is as soon as possible after purchase. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your item is flagged as "shipped".

C. Overseas

A standard $20 for items less than $100, otherwise free of charge. This does not include shipping overnight. International surface and air courier (perfume is sea) are used and delivery is as soon as possible after purchase. Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your item is flagged as "shipped".

D. Perfume

Sea freight is the default service used. Due to Covid-19 delivery is 80-120 days (2-4 months). Quicker air delivery is not available for perfume.

Payment

The various accepted methods of payment are regularly expanding. It is recommended you continue shopping and then arrive at checkout. At that stage the options will be clear – currently they are cash, credit or debit card, paypal, bank transfers, google pay, apple pay and stripe.
